• Survey Design and Methodology
The survey was conducted with an objective to identify the Top ranked Business Schools in Delhi and NCR across the following parameters:

• Course Content / Intellectual Capital
• Faculty
• Placements
• Industry Interaction
• Infrastructure
• Potential to Network
• International Exposure

The survey was conducted in three parts:

First, 150 Institutes of Delhi NCR were invited to participate in the survey and share their Fact file with us which was in line with the Survey methodology.

In Phase II an awareness study of 300 respondents was conducted. A shortlist of 60 institutes was generated based on Top of mind recall and unaided recall. The respondents included alumni, MBA aspirants, parents and recruiters.

In Phase III a detailed perception survey on these 60 institutes was conducted on 407 respondents. The respondents included alumni, MBA aspirants, parents and recruiters. Perception score for each institute on each parameter was generated and normalized.

Score for each institute on the each parameter was generated by using the facts provided by the institutes in the ‘Fact File Questionnaire’.

A weighted institute wise ranking was finally prepared combining the perception survey and the fact file scores and thus the final results were generated. The agency conducting the survey, Indus Learning, specializes in educational research and impact assessment programs for various government and non-government organizations.

What makes the survey unique is that it presents a 360-degree picture of a B-school combining two important aspects - its image as perceived by students and their parents and the facts provided by institutes. The final rankings exclude four B-schools - Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University; Management Development Institute, Guragon; Amity International Business School, Noida and Institute of Management and Technology, Ghaziabad. These institutions did not submit their data.
